Any jewellery design that your heart desires can be created at Murdoch Jewellers. The process begins the moment you step into the showroom. We welcome you to bring your own ideas for a handcrafted design, and also provide a selection of photographs depicting previously created handcrafted designs. A wax model of your new piece of jewellery could be created to help you visualize the actual design. Once it is ready we invite you to view the wax model and make any required modifications. The wax model is created for your own reassurance, then the full process of handcrafting your piece begins. We work on 19K white gold and platinum and we use fresh gold to guarantee perfection. It is also possible to use your own gold and gemstones from previously owned jewellery and heirlooms to handcraft that special piece for you. With every handcrafted design we include an appraisal for insurance purposes. We offer a 2 year guarantee on all of our handcrafted pieces.
